At Glerups, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wool slippers, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure the felt is free from debris and the soles show no signs of outdoor wear to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn Glerups in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the wool and soles for quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
